The ideal choice where electricity and mains water are available. The house is connected to the existing infrastructure — just like any other building. The result is full performance without restrictions and lower installation costs compared to the off-grid version.

Connection to the mains water supply or a private borehole. Hot water is provided by a boiler or an instantaneous water heater.

Photovoltaic panels (1,500 W as standard, expandable) combined with LiFePO₄ battery storage ensure a supply of energy even when the sun isn’t shining — overnight and in cloudy weather.

The total price comprises the cost of the cabin, delivery and statutory charges applicable in the Czech Republic. Payment is made in two instalments.
A deposit of 50% of the price of the house is payable upon confirmation of the binding order. Production will commence once the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% of the price of the house is payable before dispatch from the factory — following a visual inspection and quality approval.
Sea transport from the factory to the port + road transport to the installation site. Transport costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Import into the country of delivery may incur customs duties and VAT in accordance with local legislation. We will specify the exact amounts in your quote.

The second instalment is payable only after a visual inspection of the completed house.
We only accept bank transfers in USD. When making your payment, please verify your bank's fees to ensure the full required amount is received.

Production takes 30 days (models 6×3 and 8×3) or 45 days (model 12×3). Add to that sea freight and road transport to the site. Overall, allow 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
A flat, solid surface is sufficient — concrete footings, screw piles or a compacted gravel pad. A full concrete slab is not required. The right solution depends on your site conditions; we will advise you individually.
It depends on the size of the structure, its intended use and the local regulations of your municipality or region. Smaller models may fall under a simplified notification procedure, while larger or permanently occupied structures typically require a full permit. We recommend checking with your local planning authority — we are happy to advise on how to proceed.
The flat-pack version arrives as a prefabricated kit with detailed instructions and an assembly video — you can put it together yourself. The price of the cabin is the same for both versions; the difference is in shipping: the fully assembled unit requires approximately 3–4× more expensive transport.
Prices on the website are in USD EXW (ex works, excluding transport). On top of that, sea freight, road transport to the installation site and statutory charges applicable in the destination country (customs duty, VAT) are added. All costs are itemised in advance in a no-obligation quote — no hidden fees.
In two instalments: a 50 % deposit upon order confirmation triggers production, and the remaining 50 % is due after production is complete, before dispatch. We accept payments by bank transfer in USD.
Yes. The solar system (standard 1,500 W, expandable) combined with a LiFePO₄ battery storage unit provides power overnight and in overcast conditions. During winter months with lower panel output we recommend an expanded battery capacity — we will advise you during configuration.
Yes — that is one of the key advantages of modular construction. The cabin can be loaded and transported to a different plot. This is relatively straightforward with the flat-pack version. The assembled version requires a crane or a flatbed truck, but relocation is still entirely possible.
We provide a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship for all models. The warranty covers defects that appear under normal use. Claims are handled individually with each customer.
During configuration you choose the power supply type (grid or off-grid), the delivery version and accessories from four categories (interior, technology, exterior, comfort).
