We offer each model in two versions — flat-packed for self-assembly, or assembled with our assistance.
The house is supplied as a prefabricated kit — all panels, structural elements and components are ready for on-site assembly. Ideal for clients who have their own building resources or are working with a local contractor.
The cottage is delivered as a finished, fully assembled unit, ready to be placed on the foundations. Within the scope of our company’s capabilities, we provide support for the construction process — coordinating transport, installation and basic wiring on site.

Prices are indicative and quoted in USD EXW (ex works, excluding transport, customs duties and VAT). We will send you a detailed quotation, including transport to your destination, upon request.
The following must be added to the price: sea freight to the Czech Republic, road transport to the installation site, a 5% customs duty and 21% VAT. You will receive a detailed breakdown in a non-binding quotation.
