The ideal choice where electricity and mains water are available. The house is connected to the existing infrastructure — just like any other building. The result is full performance without restrictions and lower installation costs compared to the off-grid version.
Standard electrical wiring to ensure full power for air conditioning, heating and kitchen appliances without restriction.
Connection to the mains water supply or a private borehole. Hot water is provided by a boiler or an instantaneous water heater.
Connection to the public sewerage system or provision for a septic tank and a domestic wastewater treatment plant.
No costs for batteries, solar panels or water tanks. The ideal choice for sites with existing infrastructure.
The house is delivered fully prefabricated. All you need to do is arrange the connections and prepare the site — everything else is ready to go.
Suitable for: campsites, glamping resorts, private plots near built-up areas, tourist facilities with access to utilities.
Independence from any infrastructure. The house generates its own energy, manages its own water supply and processes its own waste. Ideal for remote locations in the heart of the countryside — forests, meadows, mountain plots — where utilities are not available or it is not cost-effective to connect to them.
Photovoltaic panels (1,500 W as standard, expandable) combined with LiFePO₄ battery storage ensure a supply of energy even when the sun isn’t shining — overnight and in cloudy weather.

The total price comprises the cost of the cabin, delivery and statutory charges applicable in the Czech Republic. Payment is made in two instalments.
A deposit of 50% of the price of the cottage is payable upon confirmation of the binding order. Production will commence once the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% of the price of the house is payable before dispatch from the factory — following a visual inspection and quality approval.
Sea transport from the factory to the port + road transport to the installation site. Transport costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
